Our Mission
Comp-unications will provide excellent consulting services on the innovative use
of compensation resources to clients who seek improved operating results through
the effective management of people.
Ted Turnasella, Principal
Ted Turnasella is the sole proprietor and principal consultant for
Comp-unications, a compensation consulting firm that develops effective
compensation programs of all types.
Mr. Turnasella has over 25 years of experience in
compensation both in the corporate world and as an independent consultant.
His experience covers the manufacturing, banking, publishing, retail, and many
other industries. He has written articles for several professional
journals, spoken at the national conference level, and has appeared on network
television as an expert speaker on compensation issues.
Mr. Turnasella holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint
Peter’s College in Jersey City, and a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial
Relations from New York Institute of Technology. He is a member of the
Consultant’s Forum of the Society for Human Resource Management and World At
Work.
